OHSMS Audits

Occupational health and safety management audits are conducted to the Australian Standard AS 4801.  Contractors are required to regularly review their OHSMS and to renew their pre-qualification every 3 years.

Assessing Construction Workplace Plans

Principal contractors engaged in construction work in Queensland are required to prepare Construction Workplace Health and Safety Plans.  Pre-qualified contractors are required to have their plans assessed by a PQC Auditor.

Site Inspections

Building projects conducted for the Queensland government exceeding $250,000 in value and with an expected minimum construction period exceeding 16 weeks must engage a PQC Auditor to assess the workplace plan, and conduct inspections every 13 weeks.
