How Much Training Is Too Much?
Chris Jones Risk Management can conduct a full training needs analysis
to identify all your organisation's risk management training needs.
Having identified the training required, we work with your management
to develop training programmes that meet your needs, and that suit your
OH&S or Liability Risk Management programme.
Training that does not contribute to improving your organisational
effectiveness by developing your staff, is too much training. |

Occupational Health and Safety
We can provide a wide range of OH&S training, and specialise in
developing training programmes for client organisations tailored to
implement your safety programme.
A number of "bespoke" courses are available that can be
tailored to suit your particular needs. This is a cost effective
option, and includes the very popular OH&S
for Operational Managers & Supervisors course, and a wide range of
short employee courses.
We can provide training for workplace based OH&S committees,
including the four day NSW accredited
course. To "freshen up" your committee consider the
one day refresher course.

Liability Risk Management Training
Prevention is the key to liability risk management. We can train
your staff in how to identify, assess, and control risks to the public, as
well as how to investigate and manage liability claims.

Why don't we run public courses?
Public courses can be very useful if selected carefully; but have to
cater for a wide range of industries and corporate programmes.
It is our firm belief that training should have clear corporate
objectives, and be developed to suit the corporate risk management
programme. We therefore don't offer public courses. |
