All Chris Jones furniture is covered by a 5 year warranty against structural defects in materials and workmanship.

Cushions and upholstery are covered by a 5 year warranty for workmanship.

To keep your piece within warranty, please follow the care instructions provided with your furniture.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, inappropriate cleaning products, exposure to extreme conditions including prolonged sunlight, exposure to moisture or general wear and tear including scratches and burns.

This warranty does not cover appearance discrepancies including minor checking, grain variation, colour variation, historical nail holes or other characteristics inherent to reclaimed timber.

Upon delivery of your furniture, please carefully inspect the piece and notify Chris Jones within 24 hours of any transport damage.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
